Job Title: CDL Driver

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles (Class A) to transport goods over local, regional, or long-haul routes.

• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.

• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service/repair status using ELDs (electronic logging devices).

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving laws and DOT regulations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.

• Report any accidents, violations, or vehicle issues promptly.

• Ensure secure handling and transport of cargo to prevent damage or loss.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A)

• Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Florida and out of state occasionally.

• Clean driving record.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

• Ability to operate GPS and route navigation systems.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads as needed.

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
